Treatment of any injury or pain. Main modalities used are exercises.

Book this session if it's your first time. It involves planning and testing of any injury, pain or movement related issue.

Whether you're dealing with back pain, a sports injury, joint stiffness or a niggle that just won't go away, your first session is about understanding the problem and getting you on the right track. Your first appointment: we'll talk through your symptoms and history, carry out a physical assessment, and explain what's going on in plain language. You'll leave with a clear plan and, where appropriate, start treatment and exercises the same day. Follow-up appointments: we'll review your progress, adjust your treatment and exercises, and keep working towards your goals. What to bring: comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and gives access to the area being treated, plus any relevant scans, reports or referral letters.

Bridging the gap between rehab and strength exercises to build a personalized strength and conditioning training routine.
